Min upplevelse av Coolbet har varit genomgående mycket dålig. Kundservicen är extremt rörig, långsam och ger motsägelsefull information. Det känns som att ingen riktigt vet vad som gäller, och man får olika svar beroende på vem man pratar med.
Det största problemet uppstod när jag ville ta ut pengar. Istället för en smidig process blev kontot plötsligt begränsat och i praktiken stängt ned, med krav på verifieringar som redan tidigare hade godkänts. Det skapar en stark känsla av att uttag försvåras i onödan.
Helhetsintrycket är en oseriös hantering av kunder, särskilt när det gäller pengar. Jag kan tyvärr inte rekommendera tjänsten till någon!

Coolbet withhold all funds, deposited and bonus amounts until 6x original deposit aamount has been wagered at minimum 1.5 odds. So if you win a bet at under 1.5 odds with your own deposited money, they do not pay winnings.Basically a con betting site. Avoid at all cost
I’ve been using this company for about a year without major issues, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.A few days ago, €100 was credited to my account by the company. I used this money to play, and only after it had already been wagered, the company suddenly deducted the same €100 from my balance — without any explanation.What makes the situation worse is that customer support has been completely ignoring me for three days. No clarification, no response, nothing.This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. I strongly recommend being very careful when dealing with this company.Update - 4days without any answer from their customer service but i get repy here at Trustpilot. Will see if they continue ignoring or will try to solve it.
