Bought this as a gift for someone. It came damaged..I contacted customer service right away. They really helped a lot. They're were very nice and professional. They sent a replacement within days. My guy set it up and he loves it ! He's very happy with it. Thank you! Totally recommend. Looks nice!
First CD player was delivered with damage to the packing and when checking the unit, the acrylic damaged as well as part of the mainframe. Contacted CoolGeek (CiCi) who was so helpful and proactive. A new unit was quickly despatched to me, which arrived in perfect condition. Excellent customer services. Oh, the actual CD player is soo cool! Connects perfect;y to my Ruark speakers and sounds awesome. Love it 😊

When I received my portable Cd/radio player I quickly discovered it was not working properly. After contacting the customer service team, they suggested several troubleshooting ideas but nothing worked. I was offered a full refund but chose instead to have another player sent to me. My reason for wanting a cd player was very personal. My husband of 30 years passed away recently after an unexpected and brief terrible illness. He loved music and had an extensive cd collection. My first year without him I could not bear to listen to any music. Im in second year of grief and have a strong pull towards listening to his cds. Thanks to the great, kind customer service from Cool Geek my house is now filled with music. Words cannot describe how this feels to me. Thank you for helping me bring his music back to me.

Please ignore the things below.I did recieve the player today. It was the no/wrong update from the shipping company.However, well packed and easy to get started with. Music is playing :)The only thing is the flimsy battery charger. However, not to be frequently used I suppose. The item (cd player) is shipped. It was ordered the 24'th of january and now in India according to the shipping info.So far the stated delivery time (5-12 businessdays) does not seem to become true.
