Review Time
We had to wait for our car for 45 minutes after reaching the pick up point. At around 11pm! The car still had to be brought back from the compound. They cited ‘short staff’. But they had all day to organise. We definitely won’t be using them again, given that we also had an hour and a half travelling time to get home after that. Poor service. Not worth the hassle or the cost. NB ignore their instructions - just phone as soon as you land. Rather than after picking up luggage. Service is uber-slow.
I have been using Cophall for a few years now and find the people efficient and professional. I feel confident my car is in safe hands whilst I am away. It is value for money parking and the bus to the airport and again pick up when I land is very good with very little waiting.
