There's no iPad App

There's no iPad App. And the phone App is limited. I'm paying $10/month to link up RingCentral but I can't even dial out using my phone or iPad.

Great application for growing B2B software startup

Made the switch over from Pipedrive and been incredibly satisfied. Biggest things for us are general usability of the interface, plug-and-play G Suite integration, and great API for integrating into our own dashboards. Great support as well. Highly recommended.

Relevance search

Something that could be improved upon is the name search function. For example; We have about 20 Mikes in our system. However, I only work with let's say one of them. When I type Mike into the search bar, it will show me 5 Mikes that I have never spoken with. A feature that will show you top contacts based on activity amount would be nice. Sometimes when I even will type his last name he will not show up. Often I have to go straight to his company page to find his contact information. Just some constructive feedback.

The best CRM for gSuite

ProsperWorks is the best CRM I've used for G Mail and G Suite. It captures all of my emails for me, makes finding contact information easy, and tracks my opportunities very effectively. Unlike other CRM applicatins I've used like Salesforce and Dynamics CRM, I don't have to jump between CRM and my e-mail, it is very seamless.

Excellent choice for outside sales

We are an outside sales company and have used Sugar, Salesforce and Insightly. While all of them have their merits, we have found that Prosperworks gives the best user experience. 1. The automations bring in detailed information that would take quite a while to find and enter. 2. The user interface both online and on the phone app are easy to use and intuitive.3. Having a link directly to each company in Google Maps is what really sold us on the product. My sales people can navigate to a company using Google Routes, select the live link from the details imported into Google maps and be taken directly to the company in the Prosperworks app. This feature alone saves time on each sales call.Overall, support and features have exceeded expectations. Our only note is that reporting needs to be improved.
