Just an ok user experience

Just an ok user experience. Users can't configure their home page dashboard, and company, contact, opportunity records are nested on separate pages instead of flowing in a logical manner in a single page display. Often, it is necessary to click 2 links to get to the intended destination such as full view of a contact record. Activity ticker lists many unnecessary system updates that pollute the page with flotsam that doesn't help manage the sales process. My biggest beef is users can't append email threads captured by PW to the opportunities, so critical pieces of communications related to how the opportunity developed aren't part of the deal record. Likewise, if users send a quote to the customer, that email also can not be appended to the opportunity record. In addition, opportunities can only have 1 client contact. That does not align to the real world. Most often multiple customer contacts are participants, yet there is no way to add the to PW opportunities.

Fantastic product from a fantastic team

I love that you guys are constantly improving the product and releasing new features. Recently I was in the process of looking for a solution for email templates and bulk email. To my surprise you guys were already on it. That's just one great example of how your team is able to anticipate and meet your customers needs, and the type of thing that will retain me as a customer. The customer service team is also awesome. Great tool but...

Great tool but.... Couple of little things that bug me, automated actions are very basic (rediculous in fact), projects are terrible and fields like website don't prefill even though we know the email address of the user. Web scraping of the user details happens too infrequently to be a useful feature. Contacts end up messy as ProsperWorks duplicates or puts them in random ProsperWorks groups instead of updating the contact. These things often make me consider moving to another platform.Great features are Gmail integration, email open notifications, Google Slides integration, web scraping of user details (when it happens).
