Review Time
Just started with Properworks, so still working our way through it. A couple of things we noticed which would be "nice":1. Area codes to be displayed with 2 numbers, not 3 ie: (02)2. In Companies and Contacts: to show A-Z rather than having to scroll or search as the current layout makes it hard to find duplicates to merge.3. Being able to modify the view on the Home screen.4. The notes in the Log Activity were in a different colour so they stood out a bit5. The People inside Companies list appeared at the top of the list for easier viewing 6. When in a Company, and saving changes the page refreshes to the top of the list rather than at the Company you were just in (in the event of scrolling looking for duplicates.All of the above are "nice to have's" and some are already submitted with Support :)
ProsperWorks have been a great company to deal with. They are easy to communicate directly with e.g. over a Skype phone call with a real person.I love their product and after using it in a past employer I instigated it within my new workplace. It makes it super easy to track business opportunities and I love how it syncs with Gmail! I have used a couple of other CRM systems and this is the best I've come across.
The pace and quality of updates is top notch. The automated emails continue to present valuable information and webinar opportunities to get the most out of the product.The connection to G Suite and set of tools and pages are incredibly useful. We also connect to PandaDoc to pull opportunities into a quote/proposal template.
