A good CRM that functions well and has a focus on clients.

We have been using Copper as our CRM for many years. We're a fairly small team, but I like the Google Mail integration and the wide variety of plugins and 3rd party integrations. After having an initial billing issue upon a recent renewal, I elevated the issue internally and Chris Clark, Head of Support for Copper, reached out and quickly resolved my issue and expressed appreciation for being a loyal customer. Highly recommend.

Service is AWFUL

Service is AWFUL. Platform looks great, sure it will do many things that I need. But attitude from onboarding has been really difficult. Cancelled demos, unwillingness to extend trial in light of cancelled demo - videos instead of demo, demos only available after subscription. Despite me being keen to use this, I ended up saying no thanks because they were rude. In response to their reply - rescheduled demos only available AFTER trial expired, ergo subscribe now and find out if it works later. Advised I was away during first offer of extension and told tough, no other options. On my return, asked for a demo, again, not available, advised I could have a 4 day trial and no demo. Essentially, just being difficult throughout. Their response reflects notes written rather than reality of behaviours.
