Too clunky

Too clunky, you guys are overthinking this... all we (the people) want is a crm that allows us to find out contacts and write a note about them and/or schedule a task... prosperworks does that but not in a simple fashion and not intuitive....VERY CLUNKY AND NOT INTUITIVE

Way too expensive and have some improvement that are necessary:1. Continuos log in, every 2h i have to log in 2. Lack of widegt and other function on the Android version. It would be nice to add a task without opening the complete app

Nothing comes close

I've used every CRM out there, and there is nothing close to this. It makes Salesforce look like the 1990s technology that it is.If you use gmail and google calendar in your business, this is it. If you don't use gmail or google calendar, you may want to consider switching just to get access to ProsperWorks.

ProsperWorks really works and easy

ProsperWorks really works and easy. Some more customization in the Project section will be appreciate. And I miss about fields with calculation attribute. At least I'm happy with ProsperWorks CRM.

There are a lot of loose ends in the …

There are a lot of loose ends in the basic service, unfinished code and tools all other CRMs offer. I have commented on these issues many times on the bulletin board and sometimes by personal emails. I never receive a direct response to any of my posts. There is no acknowledgement of the open issues and no plan presented to show priority or timeline which shows when problems will be addressed. Instead, the company energy seems devoted to chasing ever more applications, no matter how insignificant and off the path of a business CRM. PW shows a lot of promise, but it is never delivered.
