Love the overall product however

Love the overall product however, support response has much to be desired. Some key functionality missing - ex. Repeating meetings are unsupported.

At first I wasn't sure I would enjoy working in ProsperWorks. As we were adding more and more of our contacts it has proven to be very helpful. Information about a customer is at everyone's fingertips.

The Best CRM Since Rolodex!

I have used many CRMS over the years (and I go all the way back to the days of ACT before it was networked). The best part of this system is the seamless integration with GSuite and its social capabilities. Doing your homework in sales is half the battle and Prosperworks functions as an excellent aggregator of info. It cuts the rampup on prospecting (properly) by 40%. The stages of your sales process is also excellent. But more than anything else this company has their act together when it comes to service. Call someone and a live person gets on the phone? AWESOME! Beats Insightly, Basecamp, Pipeline hands down. Cannot see myself using anything else.

Great software, even better people!

Great software, easy to use and has helped streamline things. Even more impressive than the UI is all of the staff. Everyone is overly willing to help and always go way above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I would recommend Prosperworks to anyone!
