Amazing customer support

Amazing customer support and surprising flexibility. Seemless G-suite integration is addictive. The UI is generic but it does the job. One area for improvement is meaningful customization.

I love almost everything about this …

I love almost everything about this program. I use it daily. What would make this an even better program is partnering up with quickbooks or some other accounting software. Then, we could get rid of the other programs we use and only use PW.

Overall the system is great. The only real drawback is that as we have two companies and thus two accounts, I have to log in with a different browser for each or I will get kicked off.

1) This system allows me to work online …

1) This system allows me to work online integrated to gmail a real +. 2) However when traveling and not on web line - as in downloaded mode I cannot get the same. I need a partly cloudy solution. I understand that data ownership on record level is hard to program. Get an old guy who has done this multiple times in client server models of TP monitors or CICS to advise you of the proper flag and Temp storage architecture. that is a double minus - -. 3) There is no real logging of inserts into the database or deletes or changes that should be or could be rolled back by Database owner. This means that there is no module for backup/archive/recovery and compliance to US or EU law for privacy/security. Backup is not an export to a spreadsheet.4) Fix message/mail attachment storage. it is ok when you have 50 clients to use external databases, but back to point 3 when you have multiple contacts and media used in contacts for more than 50 contacts, external storage is a disintegrated method. You need a non modifiable log with a single view.item 3&4 are key to your long term tech being on par with Salesforce.
