I had a hydrafacial with Charlotte, which was incredible. My skin was so clear after and all the stubborn blackheads were gone! Charlotte was so warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable, talking me clearly through everything she was doing. It was a nice and relaxing experience and my skin looked amazing after!
This was my 5th visit for laser hair removal. Staff, as always, are so polite and helpful. Beautiful, serene atmosphere in reception, waiting area and treatment rooms. Charlotte, you are lovely. Don't change. I have already noticed a remarkable reduction of hair in some areas. Very much looking forward to end results.Thank you to all the team.

I had my Botox check-up with Emma yesterday, following Botox to my neck and jaw area about two weeks ago. One side has responded really well; however, the other side has stronger platysmal bands, so the Botox hadn’t taken quite as effectively there. Emma assessed this thoroughly and added a small amount of additional Botox, which I’m confident will resolve it.Regarding the jaw area, I’m still waiting to see the final results, as I also had filler today. I prefer not to fully review this until everything has settled and I can see the outcome clearly. That said, my experience with Emma has consistently been very positive — her work is always thoughtful, precise, and well executed — so I don’t anticipate any issues.
