This company is dishonest, worst costumer service ever, I made an order with them this past December and I decided to cancel the order due to poor communication and multiple request for shipping information, I sent them an email with my request cancelling the order and never answer until two days later stating the package had just been shipped, they shipped the item clearly knowing I didnt not want it, I started a claim with my bank they ended telling my back the item had been delivered there for my bank canceled the claim but what they didnt tell the bank was that I had returned the item out of my own money, Ive emailed them multiple time to refund the money and no answer basically fraud and steeling people hard earned money, and sense they know people wont hire a lawyer for a $200 worth of fake flowers they just keep your money. Be extremely careful in doing business with this company. I dont recommend it at all.
DO NOT BUY FROM CORAZONA! This is a complete scam as the website advertises this as a luxury item, but in reality, this is a cheap arts and crafts project that you can get from Michaels. I've tried to get my money back, but they are now not responding to me. Order also delivered 2 weeks late... ended up not having them for my engagement proposal.
Complete scam! I ordered them in January for Valentine’s Day’s and still haven’t received them. They refuse to give me a refund and it still hasn’t shipped. They said it’s on its way but has been in the same place in California since the day I ordered them. Complete SCAM!!!! Save your money and let everyone know!Today is March 3rd AND STILL NO ORDER!!! Checked with the post office on the tracking number!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!
I ordered what was advertised as an “everlasting rose” from Corazon Gift Co., expecting a real preserved flower. Instead, I received a cheap, fake imitation—nothing like what was shown on their website. I felt completely misled.I immediately reached out to their customer service to request a return, following their policy to the letter. Guess what? No response. No acknowledgment, no resolution—just silence.After doing some digging, I realized I’m not the only one. So many people have had the same experience! From misleading product descriptions to completely unresponsive customer service, it seems like this is a pattern. Even sites like Scamadviser flag them as having negative reviews and a low trust rating.I don’t want anyone else to waste their money like I did. Think twice before ordering from this site! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
Horrible. Would give zero stars if that was possible. Ordered roses on February 3rd. Site stated the would be received by Valentines Day, and it's February 22nd no- their site hasn't updated since the 5th that the order was ready for USPS pic up. Ive sent 4 emails and have had zero response.
Wish I could rate this company below 1 lol. They are thieves!!! This was the single worst product I have ever received, not built, arrived looking terrible, cheap material, was late to arrive, and this expensive? I will never use you guys again. And will insure nobody purchases anything from this company.
Ordered flowers for my wife for valentine's day on the 6th of February. I also requested them to be delivered earlier than the 14th and it's now the 20th and tracking still says the package is in Kansas. Have tried to contact them about a refund or even just the flowers that I paid for, but instead received an email that was meant to be sent to some other person who hadn't received their flowers either. I will be contacting the better business bureau and I suggest everyone do the same. BUYER BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
This company is a joke honestly.1/ place order on 2nd Feb and it said "order for Valentines Day", I ha e even paid for priority postage, guess what...it is delivered on 19th (5 days after V Day). When i emailed them 2 days before V Day, they even blame the courier service for slow action, however their tracking actually shows they despatch the order 1 week after the order is placed (waste of time)2/ lucky I'm the one who recive the parcel/flowers, otherwise my wife would have killed me for such a Big SURPRISE!! I can't even called it a bouquet of flowers, as it came in a box pretty dissembling, they give you the flowers which you need to put them onto the stem, they give you a wrapping paper which you need to figure out how to wrap, they give you a roll of sticky tape and ribbon too! This is a "Art work/Toy for kids" rather than ordering a flower for your love ones.And of course after i sent a complaint email, they didn't even reply you (as a usual practice from a doggy comoany)If you kill your relationship with your love ones, feel free to order it.
