They need more obvious clarification that assembly is required.

The product itself is amazing and very beautiful. Though they should make it very clear that assembly is required. All it says on the website is instructions included, which is not extremely obvious. And they have the option to delay shipping till Valentine's Day, I was expecting them to arrive at my wife's work as a complete bouquet of roses.... Not in a box that requires assembly. There goes my extra brownie points! A little disappointing there. Otherwise I would have had them shipped as soon as I place the order so I could assemble them. That is the only reason I did not give them five stars.

This was a horrible experience

This was a horrible experience. They delivered it late after Valentine's Day. And then when it was supposed to be delivered, there was an issue with our address. Further, they never resent our actual package and never issued a refund. For a $140, this was absolutely the most deplorable flower service I've ever had to deal with!!!

ZERO...ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH DOING…

ZERO...ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH I fell the beautifully advertised "forever flowers" which everyone knows are preserved flowers, like roses, made from real, fresh flowers that have been treated with a special process to preserve their natural beauty and extend their lifespan, often using glycerin-based solutions. This company is falsely advertising their product as such. I ordered $265 worth of these flowers which were suppose to be delivered in 3 to 5 days. They were not! and to add insult to injury I found out, from researching the company reviews of other customers, the flowers are fake flowers that come in pieces. Prior to the delivery, matter of fact the day I placed the order, I sent an email to advise the company that if the order could not be delivered within the timeframe promise DO NOT FULFILL THE ORDER...to please cancel the order and let me know so I could get regular roses from a local florist. NO RESPONSE. To make a long story short the flowers did not arrive by the date and then this piece of crap company does not want to refund my money for flowers that were not delivered but returned to them by the postal service.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY NEED TO BE BROUGHT UP ON FEDERAL CHARGES.

Do not purchase from these scammers.

I cannot emphasize enough how utterly disappointing and infuriating my experience with Corazon Gift Co. has been. From start to finish, it has been one headache after another, riddled with incompetence, empty promises, and a shocking lack of basic customer service. If you're considering purchasing from them—don’t. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and expense.Completely Wrong ProductI explicitly ordered a Marble White video box but was sent a Marble Black one. This wasn’t some minor color swap; it ruined the entire aesthetic I was trying to achieve. Despite pointing out their mistake, I got either no response or an insulting “Can you send a picture?” request, as if I needed to prove that they messed up.Missing ItemsMy order was supposed to include a tiara—something I specifically paid for. It never arrived. When I inquired, I received empty apologies and promises of a refund for the tiara but nothing else. It’s mind-boggling that they couldn’t even manage to ship something as small as a tiara.False Advertising on StorageBefore I bought the product, I was told it had a 2GB capacity, more than enough for my project. In reality, the device had less than 500MB of usable space. My videos couldn’t fit, making the box basically worthless. I spent hours compressing, re-editing, and eventually giving up altogether. This is an inexcusable, blatant lie that feels like bait-and-switch marketing.Laughable “Customer Service”Let me be clear: calling what they do “customer service” is an insult to anyone who’s ever actually helped a customer. My multiple emails and requests for urgency were left unanswered or brushed off with vague, templated responses. Nothing was done to fix my order in time, which completely defeated the purpose of buying a romantic gift box for a special occasion.Poor Quality ProductThe icing on the cake is that the video box is a complete joke. The battery isn’t even rechargeable in a practical sense—mine died repeatedly, often while plugged in. Even the “glitter roses” turned out to be a fiasco, shipped in pieces without any clear instructions, leaving me to guess how to assemble them.Nonexistent Refund ProcessTrying to get a refund from them is a Herculean effort. They drag their feet, ignore follow-ups, and seem to vanish whenever the topic of returning money comes up. I’m still waiting for a resolution that actually makes sense and doesn’t feel like another delay tactic. In short, nothing about this company or its products matches the hype on their website. The experience was so thoroughly terrible that I would strongly advise anyone reading this to run the other way. Corazon Gift Co. has shown they have no regard for accuracy, honesty, or even basic courtesy toward their customers.Verdict: I will never purchase from Corazon Gift Co. again, and I’ll be sure to warn anyone who even thinks of doing so. They overpromise, underdeliver, and completely ignore you once they have your money. This was, hands down, one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the heartache and shop literally anywhere else.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. Don't buy from them. I bought a promise ring. They sent me the case, but they did not send me the promise ring. I paid about $100 for the promise ring. I tried to contact them, it's been a year and no response from them. Don't waste your money here

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAYThey sent me the product but never told me there would be importing fees of $130 which from that point I didn't take the product and contacted them. I tried to message them about a refund and every time I would, they would open a new email thread telling me the item is on the way and not to worry. Stay away from this company. Horrible customer service. I should have seen the reviews first. What is shown on the website is completely wrong.

Scamming company

Don't recommend getting anything from them. Placed an order on January 22 thinking I should receive my order before Valentine's day wrong still to this day I haven't received my order. Customer service is a complete joke they don't have a phone number to contact them only thru email and they won't respond back till 3 day later and still won't resolve the issue. Word of advice don't wait your time or money with these people
