I have been using the service for almost two years, and my experience has been very positive overall. There have been occasional issues, but the support team is responsive and generally quick to assist. Recently, they updated the firewall solution, which led to the deletion of my rules and filters without prior notice, leaving the VPS solely reliant on the Windows firewall. This could be improved with better communication in such situations. Nevertheless, the VPS hosting offers great value for money, combining fair prices, easy setup, included backups, a variety of operating systems (including Windows Server), solid protection, quality hardware, good performance, minimal downtime, and exceptional support. This makes it a strong choice for various needs, not just game servers. I've just renewed for another year.
