I have placed multiple orders with the service and have encountered no issues; my shipping was satisfactory. I received my tracking information within 24 hours, and the delivery arrived in 2 to 3 days. I haven't ordered any frozen items yet, as many negative reviews seem to focus on the cost of shipping for those products rather than the quality. I understand that frozen items can be costly due to insulated packaging, dry ice, and expedited shipping requirements. Shipping costs have generally increased lately, especially since the pandemic caused many carriers to raise their rates significantly, particularly for certain regions.

Never again.

Terrible experience; I attempted to cancel my order immediately after placing it when I saw that the shipping cost exceeded the order total! They claimed they didn't receive my six emails, and there was no other way to contact them. They refused to refund the shipping, blaming me for the situation. The representatives were quite rude, and the promised satisfaction guarantee is clearly not true! I still haven’t received my order!

Spoiled items.

Spoiled items. No refund. "Good Afternoon, thank you for your pictures. Yes, if we had any issues with expiration dates, we would assist you. Sometimes, suppliers change their recipes. I only see two ingredients on this product. I apologize, but we cannot address this issue right now since the expiration date is in November. Kind Regards, the representative."

Will not order from them again.

I will not order from them again. I paid more for shipping than for the actual order and have yet to receive the delivery or any shipping notification. The person responding to emails was not helpful at all. Two-day shipping means I should have received my items today, but no shipping label has been created. The order total was $172, while shipping cost $178. What a scam!

Received the wrong items.

I placed an order for six boxes of tea bags but received a different flavor instead. I did not want that flavor. I have emailed the service requesting a prepaid return label for the incorrect product but have received no response. If you are willing to pay a high price to receive an unexpected product instead of what you ordered, this is the place for you.

Should I avoid this service?

Updated to 4 stars! The representative did follow through with a refund for thawed items! It took time to navigate through all the processes. I was disappointed with the packaging and shipping, but sometimes these things happen! I'm uncertain if I will order frozen items from them or any other service in the future! This is a risk we all take! I guess I just make poor choices when ordering online sometimes. With a bit of research, I believed this service would be reliable. I ordered five frozen food items at a high price to share. Three of the items arrived thawed, while the other two seemed fine. They shipped in two boxes, both containing an empty plastic bag, possibly for dry ice. There was plenty of paper packaging. I contacted the service about this. After a few days, the representative replied, apologizing for the inconvenience and starting a refund process. After a week, I heard nothing. The two items that looked okay had a strange taste, which I can't quite describe. I would highly recommend against purchasing frozen items from this service, as they seem unaware of proper shipping methods! I didn’t ask for a refund or anything, just indicated I wouldn’t order from them again! Disappointing! I received my order on April 22, 2024. I gave 2 stars only because they did respond.
