Unfortunately, I faced issues with this product as it didn’t function right away. I contacted the seller, who suggested returning the item for testing. However, I couldn't afford to wait weeks to send it back and have it checked, as it was crucial for my navigation system on my yacht. I asked if I could send the faulty item back and receive a replacement quickly, but they were not accommodating or willing to issue a refund. I understand they have replacement protocols, but they showed no effort to assist a customer who had invested significantly in a faulty product. I will consider this a learning experience about how some larger companies treat their customers. I share this review to inform others that they might encounter similar issues.
