Caution for existing customers regarding review requests

This service will offer a gift as an incentive for submitting a review but may not fulfill that promise. For example, I received an email in October 2025 promising a free gift card for my review. After submitting a positive review, I was told I was no longer eligible due to too many submissions. There were no terms mentioned beforehand, and I received no response from their support team when I raised my concern. It's best to ignore such messages and focus on more productive activities.
