Very responsive company with fabulous transparent pricing. Everything went smoothly from the outset. Started with the questionnaire, doctor intake, script approval, and shipping all very quick and easy.
I signed up and paid for 1 year up front. It took over a week for a MD to be assigned to my account. She processed it quickly and sent the prescription over to the pharmacy. Since then it's been RADIO silence. While waiting for them to assign my account to a doctor I contacted them several times via the Contact us. Only 1 time did I get any type of response. I really hope I am actually going to get medication and I didn't just throw over a thousand dollars away on a scam.
This is a huge scam! No customer service and no product. I would encourage to all the victims to start a complain about their different cases on ReportFraud.ftc.gov
They won’t approach to you with a solution as getting back your money but the most reports this scammers get, the fastes they’ll be shut down. File your report with as much evidence as possible. Screen shots, mails, everything.
The State Medical Board is the second step. They promote/offer the MD oversight as part of the treatment.

Placed an order for 6months total=$1074.00 entered in credit card number and it refused payment. The card was good but refused by CoreAge Rx. Ended up using my debit card and it went thru before I was approved through CoreAge Rx application process. I checked the debit card & they charged me twice!!! 2 debits for $1074.00. I've called, texted & emailed requesting they cancel and return my money. No ones getting back to me. This seems like a scam. Your have recourse if it's on a charge card. But Using a debit card is money out of your bank. The credit card was used before & after the order was place & went through no problem. Now I have to file a fraud complaint to the Attorney General of Texas. All I want is my money back. I never received any product from them. I would never order from these people. I'm a disabled senior & they took $2148.00 out of my bank that I desperately need!

On Monday, I placed an order and made the payment for my medications. The funds were deducted from my account right away. There are required medical input forms that I completed twice, but I couldn't get past the final page to submit them; it simply displayed a message to wait. Since then, I've sent five emails and left two urgent voice messages. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or refund.
Since December 28, I have been reaching out to the company daily, only to encounter automated systems and leave messages. Despite making numerous calls and sending emails to their support team, my issue was only escalated and resolved today. I’ve requested a return label through both email and phone because the product has been in an ice pack for six days, which raises my concerns. Additionally, I disputed a charge from six months ago and have not received any response about that either. Given this disappointing customer service experience, I would recommend avoiding this company.
