Beware if you receive your order... I wish I had done my research!

If you received your order, consider yourself lucky! I failed to research beforehand and I'm quite frustrated. I repeatedly requested updates on the pictures I uploaded five times, yet they have been 'under review' since January 7th. I've asked for a refund multiple times, and today I was offered a $50 credit for a service I paid over $1700 for over a year. I have called and emailed seeking a refund, only to be told that the small company is overwhelmed, but I might receive a refund today after my eighth request, only to be offered that $50 credit again. I've filed a chargeback with my bank. Stay away! I truly believe that unless my bank helps me recover my funds, I'm out over $1700 for good! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I placed my order on December 10 and had to pay upfront before any intake forms. After five business days with no updates on shipment, I became concerned. All phone calls went to voicemail, and I never received a callback. Text responses were unhelpful, and emails took multiple attempts to get generic replies. After 10 days, I requested a refund and disputed the charge with my credit card company. I managed to get a refund, but I doubt I would have without taking these steps. I suspect this service is a scam, so proceed with caution.
