The process was easy, pricing is exactly what they tell you, and the questionnaire for the Doctor is through! I ordered got my medication in a reasonable time packed with care! Everything was labeled and easy to understand. The support has been great and the Facebook group community is friendly and knowledgeable! I believe I made the right decision going with them. I highly recommend them!
At this point, if I could give this company a -5 stars, I would. First of all, they did not overnight the meds to me so it sat un-refridgerated for 5 days. Then I noticed the needles were half the size of my current glp-1 through another company. I had sent the prescribing doctor photos of the existing glp-1 and the dosage instructions showing how much I was taking when I was placing my order so there’s no excuse for the doctor getting my dosage so wrong. Now I can’t get anyone to answer me. At all. The provider responded once saying essentially oh, oops, let me reach out to customer care support and then never heard back. I’ve also emailed their customer care support and no one is responding. I just need to know how much medicine I should be taking. While experience has been incredibly disappointing and difficult.
I am technically challenged, so I was having difficulty getting where I needed to go. Every time I sent an email it was met by patient and helpful people, sometimes they sent the specific steps needed and other times they told me where to find the information in the program.

I received 1/2 of original order in about 8 days. The second part of order never arrived. Coreagerx responded with weather conditions affecting shipping. The east coast storm is long over but still no shipment. They keep responding they are looking into it. Next thing that happens is reorder of product that wasn't delivered. Credit card company said they put me on a monthly subscription. Website says "no-auto refills". Very fancy website that always responds with "you'll hear from us within 4-7 days". Impossible to get real person on phone. Avoid!
Shipping was fine I received the perscription in a timely manner but I could tell after taking it that it was not as strong as it should be. I was increasing my dose to 5mg as I was on 2.5 with another company but I was trying to save money by switching. However this medication did not suppress my appetite and my weight loss stalled once I started on this medication. So I’m switching back.

Great communication. Doctors and support get right back to you within a couple hours. Started me out at a higher dose because I had been with a different company that charged more if I went to a higher dose. So I appreciate that they have one price for any dose up to 15 mg.
