AVOID THIS COMPANY, I ORDERED ON JAN 08, I BOUGHT 3 MONTHS, TODAY IS FEB 18TH AND STILL DID NOT RECEIVE IT, I'VE BEEN SENDING SEVERAL EMAILS TO SUPPORT AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON. DONT BUY THEM ANYTHING.
I switched to Coreagerx from Medvi because it was less expensive. I was a little hesitant to switch because I was getting good service where I was. To my delight, Coreagerx came through like a champ. Great customer service, quick response, and more reasonable pricing.
So I must say, it was a very very very rough start with my first order, I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t happy… it took 3 weeks to get my order, 2 weeks for the process, and then when it was over night shipped, it was the day of the huge storm that the whole country was hit with, the package took 6 days to get, but that was FedX’s fault… package delivered and it was cold packs, still cold… so now the results..
As of this morning 2/15/26 I just took my 3rd shot and I’m down 10lbs… completely happy with the product and I just filled out my refill that has to be reviewed by a doctor… the products works, appetite is suppressed for sure, sometimes I’m not hungry but I know I have to eat, so I just drink a protein shake!
We will see how this refill goes, if it is smoother than the first time I will update to 5 stars, I’d it’s just as long or worse I will deduct a star.. I’m hoping for the better !

Been taking THEIR shots for 4 weeks. I've gained the 10lbs I just lost from a 5 wk ozempic pen free from my doctor (from sales rep and no more).
Conflicting msgs in the beginning that it was approved and being sent to pharmacy and instructions AND THEN a week later approved again? And sent to pharmacy with NO instructions and it has B12 and B6 part of it and with the small dose given the semaglutide is Obviously Very Small! I Messaged "doctor" several times and 3 weeks later still NO RESPONSE!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Not sure how to rate my experience, because I haven’t really noticed any differences in appetite or weight loss. I’ve only had one shot. My wife has noticed some changes in herself, but so far no changes for me.
My package was delayed and ultimately took 5 days to arrive when it was supposed to take 2 due to extreme weather. I was concerned that it would have been exposed to higher temperatures as the tracking indicated it spent a lot of time in Nevada and during this time, it was very warm and the warm weather continued until it arrived to me in Southern California. The ice pack it came with was no longer cold but it wasn’t warm to the touch either. Thankfully, it was packed with temperature exposure indicator and it showed that it had not been exposed to heat. I also was not expecting syringes and alcohol pads and that was great! Instructions included were clear and watching the videos you all provided ahead of time made me feel like an expert and less nervous injecting myself with a syringe versus an auto injector which is easier.
This company is a tangled web of providers. I left message after message with the Coreage AI CSR which is terribly frustrating. The issue I am trying to resolve is that I didn't receive all the product that I ordered-only got one month. When I did speak with someone from Coreage they were completely unhelpful and full of attitude, probably because they are dealing with angry people all day long. This person told me to call the pharmacy because that who has my order. I did that and they were great. They don't know anything about Coreage but told me the prescribing clinic was something called Hydreight Technologies. I called them and it went straight to voicemail. The pharmacy also gave me an email for something ending in healthcareprosoftgpo. WTH! Who am I actually dealing with here?! Some people may have had a great experience, but I did not and have not felt like I've been treated like my concerns are valid in any way. I strongly suggest you go a different route.
So far things have been great. I haven't had any side effects. I like getting reminders asking how things are going. It helps me think if I had any possible side effects.
Right from the beginning, I felt comfortable with my purchase. I was on trizepitide thru a different distributor but could no longer afford their program. I paused my weightloss journey for several months. Coreagerx has made it possible for me to continue and finish my journey. I was very pleased with how quickly everyone responded to my questions. The doctor that approved my plan made adjustments to my medication to improve nausea. Thus far I've had none. Trizepitide will teach you to push away and say no! I'm so glad I chose Coreagerx! Thanks bunches!
My meds came quickly and included all the information I needed to learn how to give myself the injections. I'm two weeks in and already down about 3.5 lbs. Overall, it's been a very good experience so far.
