A subpar quality product was delivered without any instructions. They have a return policy, but I have to pay for shipping overseas, which costs more than the product itself. I advise against ordering from this company; it feels like a scam.
What a scam! I ordered 3 LumiBoards on 11/24 and I still have not received them. I received a "shipping notice" on 11/26. When I tried to track the order, it told me 1) the order was not found and 2) the tracking sent me to a website that gave MINIMAL shipping info.I emailed them and they made a new shipping label - which makes no sense, it had already shipped - but when I tried to track the new number, it also gave me no info on my package's whereabouts.I emailed them again on 12/8 as I still could not get any info on my order's ETA. It didn't show a ship from country, nor did it have any movement on the package since 11/26. They gave me the runaround - "high influx of orders", "it's on the way", etc., completely dodging my questions.On 12/10, I sent them another email stating that I still couldn't see any movement or updates on the tracking info they gave me. Same BS, they told me to keep checking the tracking number every couple of days. It has now been 3 weeks since I placed the order, and I have no idea when it will arrive.Today, I googled reviews for Cosmody, and I was so grateful (but also disgusted) when I found this website to see how many of you are experiencing the same situation.I called my bank and have disputed the charge.
I purchased 6 of these via cosmody website on 11-22-25. I still have not received my $195 order. Shipped from Hong Kong and took a week to process order finally showed shipping in us yesterday. I have made several contacts to cancel my order. Do not order through this site
I wish I saw theses reviews prior to purchasing from this company. Concept of gift is excellent. I ordered before Black Friday at slight discount believing I would get in time in December to send to nieces nephew in Alaska for Christmas. Ordered November 21 and still there is no accessible tracking. Did write to the company several times. Would not recommend this company at all. Way to wreck present idea for Christmas for FAMILY. Not only have I not received what I paid for, it will not get there in time.
I just received my LED board, which was SUPPOSED to be my granddaughter's major Christmas gift. I can't even express how dissatisfied I am. I ordered the "larger" board. It is miniscule. I can only hope that she will like it once she actually uses it. Lesson learned: ALWAYS read a lot of reviews before purchasing anything online.
Ordered two "large" and one small boards from cosmody.shop on Oct 25, 2025. What arrived did not match the pictures on the website. Flimsy plastic folding stands, cheap and very short markers in limited colors, not the ones on the website, no wall plug for the USB cord, and cleaning it with the supplied cloth doesn't work worth a damn, had to wash it in water and dish soap or Windex to get the marks off. Cheap LED light strip with short cord, none of this matches the descriptions or pictures on the website. I filed a complaint on the website, which is an online form and have received no response. There is no phone number or address. They have a 30-day return policy, so I guess they will ignore my complaint and claim I didn't file it in time? Paid a lot for this cheap product and would never give this as a gift. Bait and swap false advertising and there is no way to get my money back. It is a SCAM!
My 5 year old daughter received this as a gift. I was excited about it because she loves to draw and they promote it as being a “mess free” toy. It is the opposite of mess free. The whole process from coloring to cleaning up is far messier than any other marker activity we have in the house. The board is tiny and has to be plugged in which limits where she can use it and the tiny rag to clean the board was unusable after less than an hour of drawing and wiping. Her hands are filthy from the markers and the cleaning rag. This toy is messier than any whiteboard you could buy your kid. Buyer beware.
This company has a built in scam to cause duplicate orders if you make ANY change to quantity of items or sizes BEFORE clicking the purchase button. I am stuck with 6 LED boards that get very hot THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR KIDS. The board needs to be tethered to a USB port to use. This company would NOT allow me to cancel the duplicate order that I had no idea I placed until it hit my credit card. You can not call anyone only email. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY THROUGH INSTAGRAM. I have also deleted my Instagram as they are part of this scam.
