Review Time
I placed an order a month ago and finally received it! I bought it after seeing the positive reviews on a popular show that featured it as a top holiday gift. I feel cheated and can't believe I paid so much for such low-quality plastic. It's disappointing that the show promoted this as a must-have item.
I am completely disappointed! I placed an order for three items on 11/24 and have yet to receive them. I received a 'shipping notice' on 11/26, but when I tried to track my order, I faced two issues: 1) the order couldn't be found, and 2) the tracking led to a site with minimal shipping information. I emailed for help, and they created a new shipping label, which was confusing since it was supposedly already shipped. However, the new tracking number provided no information about my package's location. I followed up on 12/8 for updates, but the tracking still showed no movement since 11/26. Their responses were vague, citing 'high order volume' and assuring me it was on the way, without addressing my questions. Now, three weeks later, I am still in the dark about my order. After searching for reviews about the company, I found out many others are facing similar issues. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge.
I received the screen but not the 90-page printable sheets. I ordered a month ago and sent two messages to customer service, but have not received any response or indication that the missing item will be sent. This experience has been very disappointing. I do not recommend working with this company.
I placed an order 14 days ago and there has been no update on the package. Tracking is unavailable regardless of the courier used, and I haven't received any replies to my customer service inquiries. I will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered two LED boards on Nov 18. Tracking showed it at a distributor on Nov 20, but there has been no further progress. I made several attempts to contact the company on Dec 8 but received no response. I had to get my credit card involved for a refund. I then heard from the company that my order was canceled because I disputed the charge. I doubt they would have followed up if I hadn't taken that step.
This product is of extremely low quality. No instructions were included. When I tried to return it, I was told I had to send it overseas. The return shipping cost was more than the product itself. This company seems to be a scam, showing no concern for customer satisfaction.
The product is made very poorly for the price. As soon as I opened it, I tried to reach out for a return, but all the contacts on their website bounced back my emails. I initiated a dispute with my credit card company. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
