Zero stars. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. The company is in China and RETURNING IS A NIGHTMARE!! I bought 2 homecoming dresses for my daughter, paid $68.38. When they arrived they looked soooo cheap, super cheap quality. So we decided to return for a refund. The cost for return from U.S to China was $32 for shipping back to them, 1 month went by and still no refund. They said the dresses were in customs and I had to pay an additional $14.99 for customs duty fees⁉️ So now they will deduct that amount from my refund. At this point after paying for $68 worth of cheap dresses, I am only getting a $21 dollar refund. NEVER AGAIN‼️‼️‼️
I ordered a dress, and the quality was really bad. It did not look like the picture, and it was a little big. Apparently in order to return it I need to pay. They ended up giving me a credit (not even half of the price). I am trying to use it purchasing something else, but I am not able to apply the credit to the purchase because it is charging me for the shipping separately. I will end up spending more money on this than on a luxury dress :-(

What I adore most about the Lasaky Collection is how personal the experience feels. I ordered a cotton wrap dress and mentioned that I prefer looser sleeves. They adjusted it beautifully. That is a very amazing customer service with a $89 dress, You can tell humans, not machines, made this.
