Everything I needed was there be it helping me to get the train in a place where I wanted to go. The staff in the hotel were courteous, helpful and happy to answer all your questions. The tour director and coach driver as well plus the local tour guides. An exceptional holiday for me and my friend.
The tour manager we had John was exceptional in looking after us and informing us of what we were seeing. In the time frame we had we saw a lot and experienced a great deal. Key areas we saw was Sun records, Graceland, The ole opra and the country hall of fame.
Hawaiian Islands:Cosmos documents were timely and accurate. Tour guide, hotels (locations and staff), and included sightseeing tours (motor coaches and drivers) were excellent. What could be improved: Daily Breakfasts should be included. We did not have enough time on the Big Island and too much time on Maui. Swap a day. Offer more sightseeing tours and fewer dinner cruises.
The first day we didn’t get there in time so they left without us. The guy didn’t see we’re sorry you didn’t go didn’t acknowledge us at all. Then the new bus driver backed into the building, busted out the window in the back of the bus nobody came back for I don’t know how long then the bus driver comes back and goes and walks up. Then the director comes back five minutes later And says oh is everybody OK that we had to wait for another bus? I was not impressed with the tour director very impersonal.
