I am truly frustrated with the customer service from the support team. I purchased a fridge 11 days ago and have not received any clear information regarding the delivery schedule. After several calls, I was simply told to wait. I haven't received any responses to my email inquiries either.

Disappointing quality and pricing

I've been a loyal customer for several years, but my recent visit was disappointing. The fuel prices were higher than nearby stations, and the quality of the food items was lacking. Avoid purchasing large furniture online

I strongly advise against buying large furniture from the online platform. My experience with a recent sofa order was a complete disaster. The delivery team refused to bring the sofa upstairs due to its weight and did not offer any alternative solutions. When I contacted the support team, they were unhelpful and tried to frame the issue as a change of mind. This is completely unacceptable and misleading.

I had a very disappointing experience at the warehouse. My membership card wasn't working, and when I approached the service desk, I was treated rudely by a staff member. My child was also treated poorly, which was distressing. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was shocking. I am seriously reconsidering my membership after this incident.
