I attempted to claim the warranty, but it was denied, and the company offered a discount on a new model instead. This experience has left me dissatisfied.
I am truly frustrated with the customer service from the support team. I purchased a fridge 11 days ago and have not received any clear information regarding the delivery schedule. After several calls, I was simply told to wait. I haven't received any responses to my email inquiries either.
