What we expected was a regular removalist team. We received Team Thiago and Vini from Holloway Removals who went above and beyond to individually wrap our items with moving blankets and tape, before placing everything in the most perfect interlocked furniture wall in their truck for a safe and secure trip to our new residence. The level of expertise in interlocking our furniture allowed us to load much more items than expected, negating the need for multiple trips. Only 1 trip was needed. Thank you! 🤩

The job requires a professional estimator. The challenging parking situation was not accounted for, and the allowed quantity of removals was too low. The absence of a power tool was a significant issue, and communication with the team was difficult.
Work was left unfinished on the agreed day (Thursday). We were left with only a bed, without clothes or toiletries, and I am nine months pregnant. They returned the next day but left again due to illness, and the manager had no solution until the following Monday. The job was finally completed on Monday.
