Daniel is so easy to talk to

Daniel is so easy to talk to. He listens. He cares. He knows a lot about his subject, and is a good teacher. His stacking suggestions helped me immensely. Also, I really loved just meeting him. He's a force of nature--passionate about living and loving, and filled with joy.

Self love embodied through mind, body, and spirit

My experience with microdosing was the most inspired time of my life-to care for myself in the deepest of ways. The intimacy and intentionality of the practice of connecting to your breath and smile that Daniel Son shared created a new meaning of self love in the form of practice. To have the sense of self-love is different than to act on it. The Wake and Take protocol was an anchor and guide for me to show up for myself a new ways, to continue making conscious choices throughout the day, knowing the mushroom was etching new neural pathways into my brain. The practice, microdose, and Daniel Son acted as friends to hold me accountable. In meditation, I would meet different pieces of myself - whether it was anxiety, fear, anticipation, dreams of the future, connecting with my spirit - the practice helped me to expand my capacity to show up for all of me. Physically, it inspired me to nourish and move my body in the ways it needs to thrive. After the protocol going out into the rising sun’s light barefoot in the grass dancing or doing Qi Gong before feeding my brain healthy fats with a butter tea, giving my body a balanced breakfast, and salting my water. It created a schedule, tools. and accountability for me to learn what devotion to myself feels like, especially when it’s not taught to us as children. Daniel Son is a bright, thoughtful, wise, and caring guide with wealth of knowledge and experience to help you feel safe to be seen where you are and empowered to live better. His protocol changed my life, to inspire a new way to live life-more fully, more hearted, and more healthy in the mind, body, and spirit. THANK YOU!

Business Details

  • KindMind is a wellness education and community platform dedicated to helping people feel better, think clearer, and live with greater intention. We specialize in integrating practical disciplines—such as meditation, breathwork, movement, nutrition, and mindset training—alongside both microdosing and macrodosing practices to support meaningful personal transformation.

At the heart of KindMind is the Wake & Take Protocol™, the world’s first meditative, metabolic microdosing protocol designed to help people start their day with clarity, energy, and purpose. Rather than treating microdosing as a standalone tool, the Wake & Take Protocol teaches individuals how to tether powerful daily practices to their dosing routine—turning a simple morning habit into a structured pathway for mental, emotional, and physical optimization.

Through education, motivation, and community, KindMind helps people develop the skills to wake up feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to engage with life at their highest potential.

By combining science, self-discipline, and supportive community, KindMind empowers individuals to become more aware, more resilient, and more connected—to themselves, to others, and to the moment they’re living in.See more
