I have bought multiple Coverking seat covers, (4 vehicles). I had no issues installing any of the 4 except the last one. My wife bought a new Ford Bronco Sport. Front seats were fine with no install issues. Previous sets on other vehicles installed fine as well. Rear seat, not so much.

If you install as shown on the video, it does NOT allow the rear seat bottom to snap back into place, leaving the seat "floating". In the event of an accident, the seat will move around in the vehicle. I informed Coverking of this with highly detailed photos and descriptions.

I waited a week with no reply, then emailed again. Eventually they replied saying they were backed up and short staffed. I was told to leave the straps going under the seat "loose" so it would snap in. This it totally counter to the installation video.

While I am satisfied with all of my previous purchases, this one was quite disappointing, especially with long waits for customer service and lame resolutions to problems that they clearly ignored when designing the product. I'm an engineer. I'd have caught that. They didn't.

If you're buying them for anything BUT a Ford Bronco Sport, you're probably fine......IF you don't need customer service. And if you only want front seats in the Bronco Sport, you're probably fine. But the rear seat installation was poorly conceived and incorrect.

Ford Bronco Sport rear seat issues

Disappointing to say the least

So many issues to list that went wrong with this. I only went with Coverking as we had ordered seat covers for our other vehicles and the one that I installed on my 2016 Chevy Silverado Z71 were perfect. They fit like a dream, there were clear easy to read instructions - great! Not this time. I ordered the full seat covers for both front and back for my new 2026 Chevy Colorado Trialboss. First issue...according to their website, the order just sat for weeks. Finally I saw that the rear seat covers were labeled and ready to ship out, it sat for two days. Finally it shipped out and the other one (which when the rear seat covers shipped out, the front ones had not even been made yet - this was after several weeks of the order confirmation). When i received the rear seat covers, I was relieved to be able to get them installed. There were NO INSTRUCTIONS. None on their site and none included in the box. If you are looking for seat covers for your 2023 - 2026 Chevy Colorado - DO NOT BUY THESE. The only instructions are for 2015 - 2022 and they are not accurate for the later years. The rear covers are NOT custom fit as they boast on their site. There were elastic strings that I would imagine would be good for a vehicle that you could fold down the back, but the 2026 does not so I could only tuck them under the seat bottom and I will have to figure out a better way to secure them later. The head rest covers are completely useless as the velcro is shotty at best. I just took them off and will toss them later. I am crossing my fingers that the front seats are not a horrible as the rear seats. With the poor workmanship, I imagine these will NOT last as long as the others. SUPER DISAPPOINTING. For as much as I spent on these, I expect better quality.

Cover King quality poor

Cover King did a poor job overall. The custom cover fit my antique car but they did not make a hole for the antenna. Did not even supply a proper grommet. There is no way to accurately make a hole unless you are willing to remove the antenna from your car and once you make the hole ZERO warranty. They need to premake the antenna holes for classic cars. NEVER will buy from them again and recommend you don't either!!!

Poor Quality Products and Frustrating Support Experience

I ordered a custom-fit car cover and sunshade from Coverking for my 2023 Nissan Ariya, and both products were major disappointments. The car cover didn’t fit properly despite being advertised as custom-made, and the sunshade was so poorly cut it damaged my rearview mirror during removal.The customer service experience was equally frustrating. I had to follow up multiple times to get a return label, received conflicting instructions, and was asked to destroy the sunshade for a refund — after I had already paid to ship it back myself. The process was disorganized and exhausting.After returning the car cover for repair, I ultimately decided I no longer wanted the product due to the poor workmanship and chaotic support. I sincerely hope my experience was an exception, but I cannot recommend Coverking based on what I went through.

Something is super shady about this…

Something is super shady about this company. I ordered a dash board cover. It took weeks to get. The quality is terrible, really bad. It looks like a child did the sewing. Fabric was rolled, cheap quality and tons of pieces stitched together. Trying to return the product is a nightmare and they want to charge me a freight charge but won't tell me how much that is. I have to pay to sen it back. The address on the box says San Diego and Las Vegas.. references shipped from Mexico and the return address is in Anaheim. I am guessing I am stuck with an unusable rag. I would not use on my dash.. embarrassing product quality. Definitely misrepresenting the product ... I will be posting ratings wherever I can do that others don't have money stolen as well.

Lousy product, lousy customer service

Terrible company to deal with. The seat covers that I received did not in any way fit my seats. Customer service did nothing but jerk me around. After sending photos that they requested, they wanted more photos. After all of that I had to send the covers back at my expense even though they were not made correctly.

2023 bmw m3 g80 cover purchased

2023 bmw m3 g80 cover purchased. DIDNT FIT , wouldn't cover bumpers . 2 months to get it . I Was very nice and patient with over 8 emails to them answering questions and showing pictures and proof they sold me a cover that was useless only to be blown off and told they were very busy. I eventually gave up. They had no intention of standing behind there product. They where arrogantly leading me on almost like it was a joke to them. NO LIE...

Horrible experience with this company

Horrible experience with this company. TWICE I was sent color samples of the carpet mats for my car, TWICE I instructed them which sample color I wanted and Twice the mats they sent were the wrong color. DEI at its finest!! I’m sick and tired of incompetence and apologies for incompetence. Do not use this company.

Color changed from gray to PURPLE!

Color changed from what they claim as charcole grey to purple in less than two years. Before the warranty expiration. They said fading wasn't covered under the warranty. However, this is a color change, not fading. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint.They have 1/5 stars on the Better Business Bureau site. 14 complaints in the last 12 months. Seeking a refund as this appears to be a defect.
