Having tried a so called universal power supply from Amazon which didnt work, ordered one from Coywood late afternoon, it was in the post same day 1st class, arrived next day, genuine manufacturers power supply and fired up the old Toshiba just fine. computer says...thank you.
Ordered an ASUS laptop charger last week and was so pleased with everything about the order. Your website was easy to use, the communication about the order itself was fantastic and the charger arrived via Royal `Mail the following day. The charger certainly looks Authentic, carries the ASUS brand and worked well unlike my other order that I returned through Amazon as it appeared a bit "lightweight" in comparison and reports advised against buying chargers from Amazon and Ebay on safety grounds!
Coywood are a breath of fresh air - after getting entangled with a company with a .co.uk website which offered to dispatch next day - but from China! Clearly actually a chinese company who took 10 days to send the wrong charger which now needs to be returned to China! Thankfully, I then found Coywood who DO have UK stock holding, and I am happy DO have the genuine chargers and are am absolute pleasure to deal with. They could not be more responsive to email, helped me confirm I had the right charger on the ‘phone and dispatched very quickly confirming at each stage. Very happy customer who will be returning!
It was the first time I used Coywood and ordered a original Lenovo laptop charger during the COVID-19 lock down. Really impressed on how fast I received my order (before ETA) in the middle of all these Covid issues and delivery network problems. After bad past experiences with Chinese sellers who do not follow distance selling regulations, I would recommend everyone to support UK businesses like these guys even if you pay a little extra over the Chinese price ... its well worth it in the end!
