I have encountered two absolutely terrible laptop chargers trying to get a charger for my device. I really wish I had heard of Coywood sooner as they got me sorted and in record time too. It will be my first port of call for future orders. Highly recommended!
Coywood Computers sell genuine battery chargers and their customer service is second to none. I don't understand an awful lot about technology but on both occasions I have purchased chargers from this company they have been so helpful and patient, if only all online companies had customer service as good as Coywood Computers.
I purchased a Lenovo laptop charger from here as mine had broken and I was working from home. Really pleased with fast efficient service as it was delivered the next day . Well worth the money to receive the genuine charger rather than a cheap copy as there is so many around . Great customer service, James was very helpful . Would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend.
I was very pleased with the product and service of Coywood computers. They are a legit company unlike many scammers out there. It took me lots of time spent on research to find a genuine charger for my Lenovo laptop and they had the right fit. They even sent me a replacement for free when it stopped working as it was within the 12 month warranty period. I highly recommend this company.
I purchased around 10 chargers from Coywood for various laptops and found 5 of these to go faulty across a number of months. Whether this is because they were genuine or not I don't know - but I do feel, in fairness, like Coywood do all they can to ensure that their chargers are genuine. I returned these chargers and then had a replacement sent without notification to an address that I was no longer able to access. I eventually contacted them a number of months later (admittedly 5 months later), having not heard anything, before realising that this had happened. Coywood have now refused to re-send or provide any discount on a replacement purchase. To summarise, I now have 0 of the 5 faulty chargers that I ordered, that I was already inconvenienced by having to return and that shouldn't have been faulty in the first place. Fundamentally I only ended up with half of the products I initially ordered and a lack of empathy from the customer service team. I don't often leave negative reviews, but I don't feel like this has been a great experience at all even though most customers seem to have a much more positive one!
I was recommended to use Coywood Computers when I started having a problem with my PC. After a thorough investigation, they identified the problem and gave me a few options about how to deal with it. I decided to buy a new PC because of the extent of the problem and once I got my new machine Coywood were able to transfer my old (but still usable) hard drive into my new machine and set up the operating system so that everything from my old machine was accessible from my new machine. No hassle, no need to transfer thousands of files and apps. The customer service and value was superb. Dave and James are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and I would thoroughly recommend Coywood Computers to anyone who has a problem with their PC or laptop or who needs to buy any components. I needed to get a charger for a Lenovo Thinkpad and wanted a genuine version rather than a compatible. When the item arrived it had an end that wasn't as expected. I contacted Coywood Computers who replied immediately with some guidance. When my laptop model wouldn't work with the fast charge option, Coywood Computers replied advising the alternative connector would be sent out. I received it the next day and it works perfectly. I really appreciate that I can return the original cable USB-C cable end and they didn't need that back before releasing the alternative cable. The service from Coywood Computers is fantastic and I just wish more companies would demonstrate the same commitment to customer service. Couldn't recommend this company more. Thank you!
