I was really pleased to receive an original, Acer-standard charger (made by their official supplier Delta) from Coywood Computers just as they promised, and within a couple of days. They also added special instructions as I requested for the courier to make sure my item arrived safely. If you want the real deal from a company which cares about consumer service look no further.
I would just like to say how impressed I have been with this company, after ordering a charger for a friends laptop and not realizing that there was some damage to the charging port I ended up thinking it was the wrong type and Coywood computers promptly exchanged it for another which would not suit either because of the damage (the first one was correct by the way) and after sending a picture of the port itself Coywood computers immediately identified the problem, I then somewhat embarrassed at this point returned the second charger in exchange for the first and informed Coywood computers to which they replied no problem, I am totally impressed at the patience and helpfulness of this company and how they went above and beyond in order to help me resolve my problem. We spent ages trying to find a laptop charger for one of our Asus laptops - mainly ending up on websites which ship from Asia. We eventually found Coywood and want to say what a pleasure it was. No (sometimes damaging) replica power supply's and a team that responds to emails quickly. The product was ordered on a Sunday and turned up Tuesday. And with affordable prices for original power supply's, I don't see a reason to go to any other business. Awesome stuff.
I have a Dell laptop and the charger failed, I tried all the usual things but when I unplugged it and reconnected I got a large flash and then nothing. this was late Thursday afternoon, I searched online and found the exact replacement but with the wrong end, I contacted Coywood they supplied me with the right power supply, paying the extra for postage was worthwhile as the replacement arrived on Saturday via DHL. Altogther a great company to deal with.
I was left without a laptop charger after I sent my Asus laptop in for repair with the charger included, only for it to be returned without. Asus customer service were useless and refused to replace the missing charger as I didn't have proof that I sent it, even though it's in their instructions to do so. Thank goodness Coywood were there to save the day, it sucks that I had to buy a new charger when it was lost through no fault of my own, but at least there's a trustworthy company that was able to help solve the issue. I wish Coywood were responsible for the customer service for my laptop and not Asus.
Stellar service. Had a small obstacle in the order (outside of Coywood control), but Coywood took responsability for everything, and solved the whole thing smoothly. Great service, I never write reviews. But I felt I should do so as a thank you for this kind of customer service that is so rare
Amazing ServiceI needed a replacement power lead for a Lenovo laptop came across this company's website very easy to use and so placed an order. A great selection and the website is very clear. I needed a new charger for my laptop and looking elsewhere, I became very confused about which type to order. Coywood made the selection very easy, and I was sure that what I ordered would be right for my laptop. I live in Italy but the delivery was still very quick and I was able to track it all the way. I was even sent a charger with an EU plug which I hadn't necessarily expected, but it certainly makes life easier. Would definitely use again and recommend.
