Wish I would have read reviews before choosing SaveGadgets.com, The poor reviews were spot-on with my experience. Initial offer was $631 and they reduced to $500. Said my phone had scratches on the frame, it did not. Then when I refused offer, they countered with$525 price. This is a classic "Bait and Switch" scam. Do yourself a favor and ChatGP SaveGadgets.com before considering - Everything Chat said about their shady practices, I experienced first hand. Also, communications is very poor. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
This company is the biggest scam I’ve ever encountered. Just a week before the iPhone 17 release, they offered me a $360 for my mint-condition iPhone 13. On the day of the iPhone release, Apple was offering me $285, but I declined their offer because this company was offering $360. So I shipped the phone to them, and within a week, I received an email informing me that they were going to reduce the price to $205 because they noticed a few scratch marks on the sides of the phone. I knew this was a lie because my phone had been securely stored in an OtterBox the entire time, and I had taken a dozen photos of its pristine condition before sending it in. The phone was in near-perfect condition, with only very faint marks on the screen. I strongly advise anyone considering selling their phone to this company to avoid it at all costs. Always find a reputable business that will evaluate the phone in person and offer you a fair price upfront. This was not a fair offer.
