I did a lot of research for a brand that offers comfortable and stylish shoes. I’m tired of spending a lot of money on shoes that leave me in pain. C.Paravano came up, and these mary jane were so cute. Your shoes prove you don’t have to wear high, painful heels to look stylish! I wusg i'd bought these sooner! want them in very colour now
I have tried since last Friday to get help in returning the shoes. They are too big and too wide. I have sent the required photos twice to the help page In 24 hours I will call AMEX and start a dispute. Finally got the shipping label. It cost me $49 to ship them back. Buyer beware
These shoes are wonderful.1). Return shipping is too expensive. You should build in the cost spread over all your merchandise. 2) your customer service takes too long toReply. 3) in the particular shoe I wanted, red crystal loafers, the 38 and 37 were much too big. The 36 is much too small. It would be nice to have half sizes. The other flat shoes I have bought from you, size 37 are perfect. I am very disappointed. I very much want the loafers.
