Very bad communication and customer service! I don’t recommend buying shoes from this website at all. I tried to return my order because the shoes were too big for me, and I had to send several emails to get the return label. After they received the shoes I returned, they still didn’t refund my money. I had to send emails again and again. I hope to receive my money back soon. The shoes are not worth the price. They look very cheap, like they’re made in China.
Extremely poor customer service. I purchased the shoes following their size guidelines and they were too big. It took some time and several e mails to get a returned label. I returned the shoes on 6/28/2024 to Amazon address as per their label and up to now no refunds. I sent multiple e mails with confirmation that shoes were delivered to Amazon. One time I received e mail with statement: We are sorry we do not take returns!!! I would not recommend buying anything from this company!Azra Omerovic
HORRIBLE-----1. communication--multiple emails ---2. new customer structure-- order was placed without even asking for my email/personal info---(they couldn't even figure out the order number---3. customer charged for every dollar---returned per rules--- still had to pay for shipping for returns---and got docked for original shipping presume---- absolute horrible business--- got multiple shoes-- same size-- some were big some were small. never again will I order
Plus jamais je ne commanderai chez eux. Ils envoient la mauvaise pointure. Je leur retourne pour échange avec leur accord et depuis aucune nouvelle. Sauf qu’ils ne m’ont pas remboursé. Une arnaque. A fuireI will never order from them again. They send the wrong size. I sent them back for an exchange with their agreement and I haven't heard from them since. Except that they haven't refunded my money. A scam. Avoid
