GORGEOUS SHOES! Excellent customer service. One of the pairs of shoes I ordered did not fit. I contacted customer service to arrange an exchange and they sent me the new size and told me to gift the ones that didn’t fit to a friend. So generous! Fast shipping on the original order and the replacement. Thank you!!
I love their shoes, I ordered the suede pointed flats, the material is beautiful but they run large so I had to contact customer service for a return. The customer service went above and beyond when they offered me to choose a different style or size down, and they also let me keep the original shoes as a courtesy. Their customer service team made me experience so much better and faster. Very professional!
The shoes are beautiful and carefully packaged. I usually wear a 7.5-8 size. I ordered a 7.5 and it was slightly tight so I requested an exchange. The service was OUTSTANDING: a quick and personalized response. I received the new pair within days. I will definitely buy C Paravano shoes in the future.
Multiple emails and a complicated return process caused a delay in receiving the label, which took two days. After I provided feedback, they streamlined the process, saving a lot of time. I understand that because email is not real-time, there can be gaps in communication.
Horrible company. NO returns available. Second pair of shoes was never received, they are smart enough to know how to weasel around it with AMEX, I was still billed for non-existent shoes. RE the first pair that didn't fit, they told me to send my return back to AMAZON though I did not BUY the shoes thru Amazon. They are SCAM ARTISTS and not worth dealing with. ALSO the shoes are made in CHINA and are NOT made in Italy as they lie and say. HORRIBLE.
This a terrible company. They make you jump through hoops to try and return shoes. I returned them because they were poor quality and way too large.For some reason, they sent me a duplicate order of the exact same shoes and are making me pay to return them. This company feels very fly by night. They don't feel legitimate at all.
