As always our visit to Christopher Pratt Store Leeds was successful.
A friendly hello at the store entrance to a brief enquiry as to whether we needed any help from Chris and then were left alone to ponder.
Chris then came back and assisted with our questions after which we placed our order. It was taken accurately, read back to us and completed. Very efficient.
The showroom was welcoming and well laid out with lots of choice, styles & colours. Andy showed us to exactly where we needed to be, calling Chris and asking him to meet us there whilst we walked through. Chris answered all questions we had about the product we had chosen without hesitation and talked us through the different option choices. We felt at ease and welcome from the moment we walked in and during our time with Andy & Chris. The whole process was easy from selection, the ordering process and payment. We are looking forward to delivery day. Thank you Chris & Andy for making the experience so positive.
Been looking for a Sofa for a couple of Months. Called in at the of Jan. Dealt with Dale Williamson. Who helped us order exactly the specification we wanted. Looking forward to taking delivery.

The on site parking made getting to store easier. The showroom layout made viewing the products clearer. Lynn Fearmside assisted us to buy a mattress. She shared her knowledge and listened to our needs and requirements. Then left us to choose from a range highlighted plus to roam throughout without pressure or favour. We found Lynn polite, friendly and engaging and would recommend friends to seek her out
Visited Christopher Pratts in leeds to replace a dining table I’d bought 12 years ago , wanting to downsize to a smaller extending table .
On choosing a table Chris was extremely helpful and arranged purchase and delivery , very happy with the experience & service received .

We visited the store today to purchase a mattress, and the service we received was exceptional. The representative, who was incredibly knowledgeable about mattresses, assisted us. We tested at least ten options, and they thoroughly explained the differences in construction. We feel very confident that we made the right choice! On our way out, we noticed a lovely oak dining table. Another staff member demonstrated it and shared care tips. In both instances, we received friendly and helpful service, along with free delivery and a great discount during the sale.
