My order was canceled

I placed the order without any problems, and the payment went through. I got an order confirmation number and I was thrilled waiting for a shipment date. All of a sudden, my order got canceled "We can't ship to Puerto Rico" Very disappointed. Most likely my review will not get posted but still, I wanted you to know. If the problem was your "free shipping offer" which I qualified for, you could have told me and I would have paid for the shipping.

I ordered 50 oysters and received only…

I ordered 50 oysters and received only 48! and Two were opened for a ne of 46! The shipping was great. Not happen about the Oyster count. I don't believe we will be doing business again. Typically once revives a bakers dozen.

Disappointed

I like the fact of how fast my order came. I did not like that the cooler was cracked and was leaking when I received it. Also the crabs seemed more like a medium size rather than a large size that I ordered, and I was very disappointed in the size.

Crabs showed up in broken damaged case…

Crabs showed up in broken damaged case defrosted. Been trying to go through the customer service for my options and it is the worse. I do what they ask and they don't respond. It's been weeks and still no resolution. Now no response to emails. This feels like a scam and I hope everyone sees this.

Update...Customer service is non existent

Update! CS did reach out via email. There was a problrm with the order and would not have been delivered due to a system glitch. But they did make it right by shipping overnight at their expense per my confirmation from UPS.Customer service is non existent. I have an order to be delivered tomorrow, 12/23/23 but the order status says pending. If it's 2 day delivery, it should not be pending. No one answers the phone. Can't leave a message because call disconnects. No response to email. I know It's not Saturday yet, but when your Christmas dinner depends on Crab Dynasty.......
