Great service and outstanding blue carbs. I ordered a live bushel of standard mail crabs for delivery on Saturday. The carbs arrived on time, packed well with only a few crabs that did not survive the trip. The crabs were outstanding!
OMGEEEE THE BEST CRABS!!! My family being from an island I am very particular about seafood, and golly these did not disappoint! These were very well seasoned and spicy (I got the beer+seasonings combo). I am absolutely in love! Shoutout to my girlie Domo for putting me on ;)
Got 2 day shipping so definitely my fault for being cheap. But the meat was not good at all. Very rubbery texture. And the breast meet tasted very rotten because it had be marinated by all of the nasty mustard and goo that’s inside the crab. Only ate 2 crabs before stomach started to hurt.
I have always enjoyed the steamed crabs and have ordered them many times. The last order of male jumbo took 3 days to arrive and the ice packs were thawed (I was reimbursed). The quality of the crabs were not good as they were very dry and old looking. The legs and pinchers (very large size) were totally dried out. If I were able to eat them, the body would have been the only thing edible. That has been my experience in past orders (legs/pinchers inedible).Customer service is excellent because they do try to make it right. I hope they can get back to having better crabs and better delivery times.
