They keep having less and less food to order! I don’t know if they are going out of business are they just don’t bother replenishing food. I have always done well using Nutrisystem, but if I can get the food what is the use? I am cancelling my Club Advantage. Why pay for $69.99 for no food to order.
I have never been so angry so frustrated and so disappointed with a company. I received my first order and the food was not edible.I called up to cancel the account and they told me that they had already placed the order. I told him that I didn’t place an order. They said I’d have to pay for it because the order was already placed and they couldn’t pull it.I received the order I paid for it. I didn’t have an option.I then get a notification that I’m receiving another order the following month I said I cancelled my account, they said I did not cancel it at the right time and they pulled another order for me. It wasn’t shipped but since the order was pulled, they could not stop it. I then asked to speak to Customer Service. They told me I was gonna have to pay for it. It came to my house I had paid for it. I threw it all away. I got an email from them in response to my email to them saying that they cancelled it. This was a year ago. I thought I was out of the woods. I just received an email from Nutrisystem telling me that they tried to place an order for me but my credit card wouldn’t accept it. I called them and I said I’ve cancelled my order. I no longer have Nutrisystem. They said well you didn’t cancel the subscription. It is impossible to cancel your subscription with Nutrisystem so what I am doing now is I am canceling the credit card that I’ve been using and asking them to send me a new one with a different account number because I do not trust them. They are not trustworthy. The person that I just spoke to there I asked them if I could please have it in writing that it was cancelled and he was telling me that he was just a call center and he could not assist me in emailing or receiving emails.. the only thing they’re capable of doing is sending you food that you do not want. The food is truly not edible. The only thing I could say about this is buyer beware
Look the program works if you follow it. You need to make sure to drink enough water and eat those 5 vegis every day which is not included. I ate a ton of frozen vegi. If you don't do that you will be starving all day. The food is processed. When you look at the nutrition it's just slightly higher in protein and slightly lower in calories. Now the down side. The auto shipping. Be careful because they come like clock work and I end up wasting some of it because I can't fit more than one shippment in my freezer. Now the worst part. It's a pain in the ass to cancel. You will waste 20 minutes plus while they pester you to continue. or pause membership. I get that it's abusiness. but for a better rating. I require a simple cancel button and a simple confirmation to refill. Buyer be ware.
The pricing is ridiculous. The meals (every one of them) are highly processed and are, frankly, inedible. Nearly every meal is microwaved - I mean, who wants to eat frozen meals every day? Their customer service is laughable. You can sign up online easy enough, but trying to cancel? You'll be on hold for 2+ hours as you can't cancel online. They do this on purpose so you won't cancel. Also, be aware that if you sign up online, you're committed to purchasing this swill for 3 months - if you try to cancel before that timeframe, they will nail you with a $125 "fee". If you want to lose weight, I'd HIGHLY recommend Weight Watchers. Their app is only $15 a month and it's very easy to use. You eat REAL FOOD that you buy at a grocery store. It doesn't come packaged in a frozen box or in a plastic wrapper that you heat and eat - and that you have to WAIT to receive through FedEx. I've lost 8 lbs in a month on Weight Watchers vs. losing very little on Nutrisystem. Save your money and do NOT buy from Nutrisystem!! You're welcome.
Nutisystem is a terrible company to deal with! You lose weight because the food is so awful! If you run into a problem with an order, expect to spend an hour on hold before someone from bumfuk Pakistan answers your call! The food is so bad that there were days I just couldn't face having to eat it!
I have ordered twice and each time, items that I ordered were omitted. I submitted for replacement and the replacement arrives with the next order. BUT I have to keep ordering because the items will only come with the next shipment. So it seems that they leave items out so you HAVE to order again to got the items they left out.
2 of our orders were damaged by FedEx in shipment. While replacements were provided, the auto delivery schedule was totally screwed up. We received a regular delivery of frozen products, then less than a week later, they scheduled another one, with no place to store it. They could not cancel it, and would not allow us to refuse delivery, or provide a refund. Horrible customer support!
I would leave a zero star. they dont answer the phone. i wanted to try it was told one payment and they have been charging me monthly even though i canceled my membership. now cant even log on to try to reach someone since they dont answer the phone and its saying it doesnt recognize my email. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would.This is a horrible company. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks. I’ve called multiple times, waited on hold for hours, and never got a response. When I press the option to request a callback, no one ever calls back.I also sent emails to their customer service, and they bounced or were completely ignored.I’m leaving the country, and Nutrisystem is still sending deliveries and charging my credit card. I will now be forced to cancel my credit card just to stop them from billing me — a huge inconvenience with many accounts connected to that card.And to make matters worse: the food is awful — heavily processed, full of sodium, and tastes terrible. This has been a complete nightmare from start to finish.Do not sign up. Avoid this company at all costs
Very disappointing. Had used Nutrisysten before and was pleased with the food. I've recently gone back on Nutrisystem and was greatly disappointed. The frozen items were melted and inedible. They replaced the order which was also melted. I cancelled my membership as it was a waste of money due to this.
