I placed 4 orders in one day, 2 orders was correct, one order was missing a dozen soft crabs, for mother day I got her a bushel of crabs, they were black on the inside and had an odor, I’ve never seen crabs that look like that, they are still fighting PayPal about my refunds that I requested, I even mailed them pictures of the crabs, the meat is black and took a picture of my missing dozen, just horrible customer service, horrible seafood, just horrible! I was embarrassed getting these for my mother, just shameful! I will post my pictures on every outlet to let people know about their service! I wish I can post pictures on here!
Crabs arrived on time, packaged in coolers with plenty of ice packs. Communication was great and even received a follow up message to make sure there were not any issues. My w are all from MD and the crabs were a huge hit for Mother’s Day since they were cooked and seasoned just the way the like them.
