Here are the the reasons for the 5 star rating:1. I asked that the delivery of the crab meat be delivered on 9/23. Delivered exactly that date in a cooler that maintained the meat temperature correctly. 2. The crabmeat was delicious. Fresh tasting with no excess liquids in containers. The best crabmeat I ever bought. 3. Will order more and tell family and friends about this great find.
Easy to order from, shipment was on time, came packaged well. I ordered the crab cakes and soft shell crabs. I have only so far cooked the soft shells, and they were excellent! Very meaty little to no shell. The crab cakes had lump crab meat and you could see it - and the minimum of filler.
I was admittedly somewhat skeptical about shipping frozen crabs 2 day ground in late summer heat. My dozen soft shells arrived in good condition and are without a doubt the best frozen soft shells I’ve ever had. I could tell they had been processed and packaged with care.
