I ordered 2 dozen live hard shell crabs for our son on his birthday, who lives in another state. It was easy to order, and he received them on the exact date I specified. He was So Happy and Appreciative. Everyone of the crabs was alive. It's hard to shop for a grown man, this was The Perfect Gift! I will order again.
First of all, as is usual, crab meat is VERY expensive! It arrived on time and was fresh and tasty. However, this time, it was full of tiny and some small shells. The tiny ones looked like someone put some shells in a food processor and ground them up, then added them back into the meat!
Had an issue with order. Ordered steamed crabs and soft shelled crabs. When order came soft shelled crabs were completely thawed because cooler was broken in transit. Crab dynasty replaced with no issues and was very happy with their customer service. Will definitely order again!
