I ordered steamed crabs to be delivered on a specific date and called to be sure they would be. However The day they were ti be delivered I received a notification that they would be delivered the next day. I had 6 people coming to enjoy the crabs for my boyfriends birthday. To day I was upset is putting it mildly. I emailed crab dynasty and they tried to make it right but it was a UPS problem that could not be fixed. As upset as I was, I was pleased with Crab Dynasty’s efforts and the fact that they gave me a refund.The crabs when they arrived, were delicious though we had to thro some out since we did not have the crowd we planned on.
This was my first time using this company. I read the reviews and figured I would be pleased. My blue crabs were steamed and shipped to me, I have never opened a crab and there was barely any meat until I opened these. Out of a dozen I ate two and threw the rest away because they were so empty. The seasoning was great,had they not been so empty and lightweight it would have been awesome
I was born & raised in MD. Been in GA for 26 years. I miss my MD crabs. Can't get anything close to them. So at least annually we do order steamed crabs. Crab Dynasty is easy to order online, delivered when it expected, steamed perfectly, packed nicely. I can't say anything but great things. Thank you Crab Dynasty. Will be a repeat customer and more than 1x per season! Anyone know how to get an Egg Custard snowball down here????🦀🦀🦀
This was my first experience with Crab Dynasty and how wonderful it was. I ordered soft shell crabs and they were the BEST. Also the customer service and profesdional packing was great. We had a wonderful experience for our special day.
I bought 4 dozen blue crab for my mom's birthday. This was my first time ordering crab like this. They were SOOOOOO GOOD!!!! All of the crabs were full, seasoned perfectly, and came at the exact time they were promised. I can’t wait to do my next order.
