Thanks Crab Dynasty for an amazing experience. I was a little skeptical about ordering sea food by mail, but let me tell you the crab legs and stone crab claws were absolutely delicious. Arrived very quickly and were frozen solid. You definitely will be getting more of my business. My family was blown away. I highly recommend Crab Dynasty. Thank you for a Wonderful experience!
The 1 bushel I ordered arrived in one styrofoam that was cracked open. It might have happened during transit. Thus, half of the crabs are warm already, the other half still a bit cold. I was able to salvaged half and threw away the other half. All refrigerant gels are melted when delivered. Either your company or the delivery should be liable.I should be entitled to some remuneration.I have pictures to back this up, if you want to pursue and investigate this claim.Call me: 516-884-8205
Second order in as many years. This one was better than expected. Labor Day sale on Jumbo steamed males, softies and meat was worth it. Crabs were as large as ordered, full and seasoned well. Delivery was on time, freeze packs still frozen with Next Day Delivery to Indiana. Was worried about supply on Labor Day weekend - but Crab Dynasty delivered 1 bushel +’1 doz with no problem.
