I selected Saturday shipping - 2 days prior. Technically only 1 business day, as it was late Thursday night. Got a call on Friday afternoon because there were some issues with shipping - they wouldn't do Saturday shipping to the address I wanted. Mind you, this was a carrier issue, not with Crab Dynasty. Super nice guy - much appreciated. Ended up giving a different address and getting my crabs in less than 24 hours to western NY!! There were a handful of dead ones, but I suppose that's expected. Will be shopping here again! Thank you so much!
This would be my second time personally ordering from Dynasty and each time I had problems with shipping. Ordering online with the shipping part is confusing but they made up for it and overnight my crabs so I ordered Fri didn't get it until the following Friday but they were delicious and worth the wait!! Great customer service 👏🏽 👌🏽
I placed my first order on a Thursday very late in the day. I had a message sent the next day early. I didn't have access to my phone at work until it was to late to respond. I emailed on Monday and asked to still have my order sent . Everyone couldn't have been more helpful to me. I was not disappointed with my order. Definitely will order again. Product was excellent quality..xxx
Freshest crabmeat and shrimp. I really wanted to have some crabs but because I can’t drive due to medical reasons I decided to order on line. CD was my second company to order and my first experience was not a pleasant one…so I decided to put caution to the wind and go for it. So glad I did. Thank you so much.
