Review Time
We just finished up our batch of soft-shell crabs and they were awesome! The quality of the food was superb!The reason I'm giving them a 1-star review is that I paid almost $60 for Saturday delivery but the crabs weren't delivered until the next Wednesday. I tried to contact them but there has been no response and no offer to give me any type of refund or credit, The late delivery was really bad because the crabs were for our Valentine's Day dinner. I am still in the doghouse for not having my wife's favorite meal when we were really looking forward to it. Would like to hear something back from them. It's a shame because the crabs were great.
Everything was indeed very fresh & definitely gulf shrimp I know this cause I'm from the gulf.....My only thing is that I Thought the soft shell crab should have been bigger for what I chose....Other than that I will continue to do business.
Delivery time was great and exactly as expected, unfortunately, the food quality wasn’t anything special. The crab legs were nice and big as advertised, though the jumbo lobster tails were a disappointment. One of them was toward the end of its molting cycle and most of the lobster was tough and rubbery. The salmon tasted very good. The only thing that could’ve made it better was if it was thicker fillets in the 3 pound package we ordered but overall was happy with the salmon.
