I am one happy customer. I ordered just a week ago, assuming the season would cause the live blue crab to be small due to the cooler weather. But to my surprise, they were just as advertised and fresh as ever!!! I truly enjoy getting my live crabs from Crab Dynasty Seafood!!!One Happy Customer. :)

A week after the original date, the order arrived, and the crabs were plump and meaty, with not a single light crab in the batch. Crab Dynasty clearly provides a top-quality seafood product.Unfortunately, the delivery and initial customer service process was deeply frustrating. This is the second time my order has been "lost in transit" by UPS. The original order, scheduled for my Friday night party, never arrived, forcing my guests (some of whom drove from out of town for a crab feast) to eat grilled burgers instead. When I called, I was told that once the crabs leave the facility, Crab Dynasty can do nothing, which is incredibly disheartening when the product is perishable and time-sensitive. When trying to resolve the issue, I had to wait until Monday for someone to answer the phone. The phone system was confusing; I was transferred to the "online orders" person, and the line promptly went dead. This initial process needs improvement. When I finally spoke with someone, they were very helpful and processed the re-order, but the damage to my planned event was already done. If you are looking for high-quality, meaty crabs, this is the place. However, be aware that the reliability of delivery through their carrier (UPS) is a significant risk, and their policy of "nothing we can do after an order leaves their facility as far as a lost order is disappointing for the customer.
