Ordered two dozen large males. Received product packed perfectly and on time one day delivery. Ice packs were cold but crabs were off smelling of ammonia. I emailed the company and they agreed to re-ship the order on their dime. The second order was lost in shipping according to crab Dynasty. I emailed again and they created a third order that I received on time and the crabs were heavy and excellent! I appreciate Crab Dynasty making this right for me and I will be a returning customer as long as the prices are competitive with other crab suppliers.
As a first-time buyer, I ordered a bushel of large and a dozen jumbo in October via mail. Everything arrived meaty and delicious, and the price was unbeatable for the quality we received. I’m already looking forward to ordering more in the spring!
I recently ordered 2 Dozen Medium Female Crabs. When I received my order, there were more regular grabs (8 non female) in my order.I told crab dynasty about it and was told to measure point to point under 5 in measurements.They did nothing 😡My first order I didn't say anything because out of the 2 Dozen female crabs there was 5 regular non female crabs.Told them to make it right. They did nothing. Check your crabs making sure you get what you paid for.
nine of the crab shells were cracked as if someone had hit them with a pallet.I don't know how this happened since the majority of the cracked shells were in the middle layer (I believe there were 4 or 5 layers & next to other crabs that were not cracked.
