Live in FL and was super impressed by quality, size advertised and two day delivery on 2nd morning. The shipment was well packed with dry ice and numerous frozen cold packs, none of which were melted in transit. I will certainly make regular future purchases from Crab Dynasty!
Good afternoon since moving out to Arizona four years ago from Salisbury Maryland I have ordered my crabs from you guys and without sale. The crabs were always packed well heavy and never had to throw out a crab. About 10 days ago I ordered and received two dozen larges and only received 22 crabs I texted you to let you know about this but never heard back from anyone. I just received another order yesterday of a half bushel of jumbo’s. The count was correct, but there were many very light crabs included in the shipment and I had to throw away six of them. Something has definitely changed this year. And not for the better. Patrick with crab dynasty reached out to me an address my concerns with the past two shipments I received, and we have come to a resolution to the issue. It’s really nice to know that there’s actually a company out there that stands behind their product and makes things right when they’re not right. Kudos to Patrick and crab dynasty!
